Duxbury Oyster Company is a growing farm with a family farm
atmosphere.   We offer Full Time, Part Time, and Summer positions.
While some positions will have a primary role, all employees will have
the opportunity to learn and participate in all facets of our
aquaculture operation.

No two days on the farm are exactly alike.  Our days are dictated by
the demands of the farm, the season, the tides, and the weather.  We
don’t have a time clock.  We’re looking for enthusiastic people who
will share our passion for farming, love of the bay and don’t mind
getting a little dirty.  We also respond well to flattery and/or baked
goods.
